House rules · from the Captain

It's a fair playground.

  • Be fun. This is a local paper, not a filing cabinet.
  • Be competitive. Go after it. Say you are the best in town and then be the best in town. Nobody here is protecting anyone's turf.
  • Cause trouble and you're blocked. Not warned into oblivion, not argued with. Blocked.
  • Even I follow the rules. I own the thing and it still applies to me. A rule the owner is exempt from is not a rule, it is a mood.
  • It is monitored by AI — and that goes both ways. It watches the posts and it tells the owners to watch it too. Including me. Especially me.

Don't like that? Do a 180 and type somewhere else. Peek at another wall, have a great day. No hard feelings either way.

Put yourself in the directory

Four fields with a star. The rest is yours to fill or skip — whatever helps a neighbor find you.

Private — the Captain reaches out from this. It does not show on your listing unless you check the box below.
